Proof that pull ups work your entire back like crazy
I used to believe that the difference between chin up and pull ups had to do with hand position.
Over the years I’ve learned that there is no actual defining characteristics that make pulling yourself up to the bar a chin up or pull up. Although many have told me there is, but no one can agree so so I figure to hell with it all.
I have a new definition between pull ups and chin ups, one that makes a lot more sense in my book. Plus it made me realize I never want to do another chin up again.
So what’s it’s going to be? More chin ups, or more pull ups?
