How To Add A Strait Bar to Your Suspension Training

Suspension training is great, and it’s fun to get a lot of different flavors with various handle positions.

Sometimes it’s fun to do away with the shakey handles and have a nice solid bar.

Here’s how I added this simple accessory to the straps to get a bar safely into my program.
