Old School Methods Aren’t As Old as We Think

I’ve often been told that the exercises and methods in our fitness culture have been tested through eons of time and thus shouldn’t questioned or messed with.

Sorry folks, but I love messing with tradition.

- Is the barbell just as artificial as weight machines?

- Do we really need a rest day from working out?

- Is there even such a thing as a “fattening food?”

While the old methods are good, I believe they are just too young to label anything as a gold standard way of doing things.
