The pull up is the ultimate pulling exercise for the upper body.

It’s so natural and functional (unlike machines) and it doesn’t place any stress on the lower back and spine (unlike with free weights).

This little trick is a quick trick I use to engage more muscle in my upper back so I get more out of each and every single rep.
