I’ve written about fragmented muscle tension in the Chain Training PDF and in various articles. Basically it means your muscle activation is lacking in certain areas of your body which create “holes” of weakness. These holes can prevent some of the bigger muscles from optimally working.
In short, tension holes hold back your entire strength and physical development.
In this video I highlight two such tension holes, one for the upper body and one for the lower body. Each of these muscle groups is seldom used in every day life and can hold you back in many ways.
