Diet and exercise traps are easy enough to fall into. They lure you with simple habits that produce some initial results, like cutting back on junk food or working out a few times a week.
Before you know it, you’ve progressed those habits to the point where are they compromising your health and quality of life. Only now, you can’t back off in fear of losing progress. You’re trapped.
