The medicine ball push up is a staple of progressive calisthenics.

Like any body weight exercise, there are many ways you can technically advance from the simple and easy to the complex and really difficult.

In this video, I show off some of the more advanced technical “tweaks” to make this move a powerhouse strength and muscle builder.
