Your body type is a big influence on which training and diet habits are best for you. Sometimes, the advice to eat and train a certain way can be scientifically sound, but it doesn’t work for you because of your body type. It’s not that some advice is right or wrong, but more along the lines that it’s not a good fit for you as an individual.
