Is there anything as satisfying as feeling your pecs all pumped up and burning? I mean, besides driving a steam roller over a mile long sheet of bubble wrap.
Yea, I didn’t think so. I would take a pumped-up set of pecs over  watching a great movie or eating a fine meal any day.  Thankfully, you don’t need a long torture style workout to get the elusive pump. Just a simple super set of flys and push ups and/or dips will do the trick.
