Breath is the source of energy in many physical disciplines from Yoga to shooting. Any time you need to make a concentrated effort towards a single physical action, breathing can make that action easier or almost impossible.
So it makes sense that your breathing is very important if you want to do any sort of muscle building exercise.
Like many people, I didn’t pay much attention to my breathing for the longest time and it had a very detrimental effect on my workout and thus my results. Now I use this simple strategy so my breathing doesn’t hold me back anymore.
