There’s a very good reason why single dumbbell rows are a staple exercise in bodybuilding; they work and they work really well.

We have a very similar ¬†calisthenics exercise called the single strap row. It’s simple, easy to adjust and builds your back and biceps. They are also a great addition to pullups for use on your preliminary days in the Veterano Plus workout program.¬†
