Tension is the bottom line in your quest to build muscle and strength. If you use it well you get everything you want. You grow muscle, improve performance and generally gain everything from your training you could ever want.
On the other hand, if your tension is mismanaged it will break you down and bust you up. Almost every chronic injury from tendonitis to regular aches
and pains can be linked back to a mismanagement of muscle tension.
This is why I created the Chain Training Ebook as a way to make tension management much easier and efficient.
Now I have a new technique I call the Tripple Joint Method. Along with Chain Training, the Tripple Joint Method makes complex moves like squats, push ups and pull ups much easier to do while making them more effective and less risky to the joints.
