Weight control is all about calorie control, but calorie counting can be a real pain in the neck. It’s time consuming, takes a lot of personal energy and can feel awkward as you insist on writing everything down when you’re eating with others. Not to mention it’s almost impossible to do accurately on a consistent basis.
These reasons and more are why I’m a big fan of using methods that give you caloric control without having to resort to calorie counting.
