Muscle fatigue is one of the principles of a good muscle building workout. If you want more muscle you simply need to work more muscle and work it into a higher degree of fatigue.
The challenge is being able to do just that. It sounds simple enough, just lift until you can’t lift anymore. The problem is, there are a few obstacles that can get in your way of applying the right type of fatigue. Even if you leave it all in the gym, there’s still a good chance you didn’t quite pull that muscle building trigger.
