More is not always better, especially when it comes to your workout. Just adding more endless sets to your routine can cause what is known as volume creep.
Volume creep is one of those false ideals that runs rampant throughout our fitness culture.
It makes us believe we are getting a better workout.
It feels like we should be getting stronger.
It can still challenge the mind and body and yet,
It can actually cause your progress to stop or even go backwards.
