Your skeletal framework is usually rich in calcium, magnesium, and other essential minerals that aid bone health when you’re young. It probably explains why you can participate in active body movements.
Once again, it is not an assurance that these healthy bones will retain their youthful features in a few years. Ideally, the more you work out and eat well, the stronger your bones will be. So, if you are relying on your current agility and body strength, you may have to think again for your own good.
