Don’t neglect your grip training! You’re only as strong as your grip. If you can’t hold onto a bar or object how can you expect to impose your will upon it in the name of getting stronger?
It also makes sense to build up your lower arms. It doesn’t matter how many curls you do, if your forearms are small your arms look small end of story.
This is why you want to include some towel hangs into your program. They will give you an iron grip and forearms like pythons.
