It’s good to have choices, but too many choices can make it hard to decide on what to do. There’s always something else you should be doing no matter what method you’re currently using.
Battling the fear of missing out can leave you running around and program-hopping. Program hopping not only compromises your consistency, it can also cost you a lot of time and energy as you figure out what to do.
Thankfully, that’s where a fundamental approach to fitness can end the confusion and misdirection. Understanding that most options are fundamentally the same quites down the noise and distractions. The urgent messages saying you should be doing something else become a lot quite when you understand how most things work fo the same fundamental reasons.
