These imminent changes got me thinking about how our fitness culture will be impacted and how even mainstream fitness habits will be forever different.
I sat down with my buddy Al Painter of Integrate Performance Fitness to slay a few sacred cows in fitness, like our extreme workout culture, and waxed philosophical over what’s to come in a post COVID-19 world. We hash out the good, the bad and the ugly and ultimately come away with a newfound hope for the future.
