It may not be politically correct to write it, but it’s a fact that those who are fit think and behave very differently than those who struggle to get in shape.
Those who are successful in fitness are not just fit because they don’t eat junk food or hit the gym. That sort of stuff is great, but it’s trivial details compared to the philosophy and beliefs that reside deep within the subconscious. The reality is that people who are in great shape think, behave and have very different ways to looking at the world around them.
So if you’re looking to lose more weight, get jacked or simply run faster the answer is obvious. You need to think more like someone who is in the condition you want and less like those who are in the condition you want to avoid.
