Complete dietary freedom is possible.

You really can eat whatever you want, as much as you want and whenever you want.

A lot of folks will claim that it’s not possible to hold such freedoms and stay in shape. However I argue that I’m in much better shape because I enjoy such freedoms rather than inspite of them.

I’m certainly no special case either. I used to fight cravings that caused me to eat 2-3 pints of ice cream a day. I always believed that if I gave myself such freedoms it would be the death of my fitness.

Now I know that’s not the case and here’s why:
