If you met me now, you wouldn’t guess that I used to have a long-term struggle with food. When I was younger, I waged battle with several dietary demons like disordered eating habits, exercise-based binge-and-purge cycles, plus a host of unhealthy dietary practices.
I’ve never really shared my full story until now, mostly because I just never thought to. However, it’s overcoming these very struggles that created the foundational approach to fitness which is now the Red Delta Project.
