The first step towards any success in fitness is to build a plan. It doesn’t even have to be a good plan, it just has to be a plan in some shape or form. After all, winning never happens by chance. You can’t “wing it” and do “whatever” from one day to the next and expect substantial results.
The best plan is the one you build yourself. Sure you can get a basic routine off the internet or in a magazine but know that those routines are little more than an educated guess as to what’s going to be best for you.
