This is due to the fact that your overall results, for building muscle, weight loss, and even sports performance, come from the subliminal choices you make every day.
Most of these key choices are made on auto-pilot without any conscious awareness on your part so they are very difficult to get a handle on. However, what you can improve is your overall self-esteem which is essentially the foundation for all of those subconscious choices.
