Yes! You can build more muscle and strength with calisthenics than you may now currently believe.
Some people find it hard to think they can build even a modest amount of muscle and strength with nothing more than your body weight, but it is possible. You may even find it’s easier to do so and might find yourself getting bigger and stronger with calisthenics than you were with the weights.
