New diets and workout plans come out all the time; often with hyped up promises of life-changing results.
All of this hype can really induce a lot of FOMO and make you feel like you’re going to be missing out if you don’t hop on the latest bandwagon. But how can you know for sure? How can you even know if a new plan will help, or even if it will hurt your progress; and you’re better off sticking to the plan you’ve got?
