Few things can be more detrimental to your results than toxic criticism. Weither it’s coming from other people, or your own inner thoughts, negative emotional feedback can lead to years of self sabotage and frustration.
It’s easy to think that the best way to approach toxic criticism is to be more positive or to just ignore the nay-sayers but we all know this doesn’t work. Instead, I recommend a different approach that uses some emotional ju-jitsu to go with the flow and come out on top.
