Pull-ups are one of the best exercises you can do for building bigger and stronger back and biceps muscles. Even iron-obsessed gym-rats make them a regular staple in their training routing.

Despite their simplicity, (just grab on and pull) I get a lot of questions about the ultimate exercise for the back and biceps. That’s why I took the time to answer them in this week’s episode of the RDP podcast.
