It’s called the push, pull, and squat program, and he promises to greatly reduce a lot of the unnecessary fluff and filler commonly found in other programs.
You can guess what the program primarily consists of, but the devil is in the details. It’s a lot more than just focusing on pushing, pulling, and squatting movements. It’s also a unique approach to programming and focusing on the right exercises to maximize the stimulus you’re trying to create.
