Introducing Taigoki. It’s all about “Movement for a change.”

My story into exercise is much like many other’s.

At first I started doing everything by the book and staying within the lines.

After so many years, I decided to be a little adventurous and do things a little differently. I changed how I did different techniques, and my over all philosophy changed as well.

A few years ago, I noticed that I was no longer doing things differently. Instead I was doing a different thing.

My little changes had built up to the point where I felt I had created a whole new approach to exercise and fitness. For over a year now I’ve been struggling to find a name to give birth to the method of exercise we use here at the Red Delta Project.

Now that name is finally official and I’m unveiling it here and now.
