I used to do this too, but I think there’s a better way to use your legs……..

The dip is one of the 3 cornerstone exercises in the Triad Muscle Revolution.

It’s hard to beat, but it can be made better through the use of your legs.

I’m not talking about swinging or kicking your legs or anything like that. Rather using them to help your upper body get into a more ideal position.
