The Red Delta Project was founded upon the philosophy that lifestyle resources are the primary limitation towards your fitness.
Fitness, as we often practice it, is just way too expensive to be a practical long term vehicle for health and fitness success. It’s simple, the more costly something is, the harder it is to achieve and maintain. Making that same thing cheaper and more efficient makes it much more likely that you’ll have success.
In this week’s podcast we talk about what these lifestyle resources are and how they either push you forward or hold you back.
Plus there’s a big lesson about excuses at the end (hint they are real, legitimate and not a sign of weakness.)
