Muscle and health go together like peanut butter and chocolate. In many ways, it’s very hard to have much of one without the other. However, a recent comment on my YouTube channel got me thinking that the two may not always be linked. In some ways, the artificial pursuit of muscle¬†could be even an unhealthy pursuit through the abusive use of diet, exercise and of course drugs.

In this week’s podcast I take a deep look into the link between your muscle and health and how the two may complement each other and even sometimes compromise one another.
