Weak legs just plain suck. It doesn’t matter how strong your core or back is, if your legs are weak then you are week.
You can squat, lunge and sit on those leg machines until the cows come home. The fact is your legs are only as strong as you hips will allow them to be. If your hips are weak then your legs will always be at a serious disadvantage.
