Weight loss can happen relatively fast or slow depending on how you go about it.
Essentially, the more effort and discipline you bring to your diet and workout program, the faster you can expect weight loss to occur. The downside to such fast weight loss is that it can be very stressful and increase the risk of weight rebound.
That’s why it’s important to take note of your weight loss priorities when making your plan. If you need to lose weight as quickly as possible, then I recommend eating a very strict diet, staying active every day and essentially dedicating your lifestyle habits toward shedding body fat. Just be mindful, that your ultimate result may be somewhat temporary, which is fine if you only need to be that lean for a given event, like a figure competition.
On the other hand, a slower more manageable approach may be best if you want to produce results that last. In that case, eating “good” and being active as you can be will be a process that’s going to be easier to maintain.
