Many debates within our fitness culture are supposedly settled with the argument that each option has it’s merits but it all depends on your goals.
This sort of argument drives me crazy for a number of reasons.
– It doesn’t actually help anyone.
– It’s often used to justify one side of the debate over the other sort of like “well if your goal is ultimate success and happiness then you’ll want option B.”
– There are 2 other factors to consider which may be even more important than your goal when it comes to choosing your methods.
