Calisthenics is a fantastic training method, but it can fall flat if you don’t know how to program your routine to accomplish what you want.
The squat is a good example. You can use it to pursue any goal from building muscle to explosive training and even fat loss. It’s just one move but it can used to accomplish many things. It’s all in how you use it that matters most.
