Elbow tendonitis is one of the few injuries calisthenics athletes need to be on guard for. Many people experience it at one point or another, myself included. I used to struggle with it on and off for years.
Thankfully, I’ve been able to get rid of it once and for all through Chain Training and this simple technical adjustment.
The best part is, this not only helps rid you of pain, it’s also going to make you grow bigger and stronger.
