Most of your limits exist only in your mind. Maybe they are from the influence of a coach or a parent. Maybe they are just a small wall you keep bumping against and you’ve built it up to be bigger in your mind than it really it.
Whatever the case, you must surpass those limits if you want to build muscle, lose fat or improve yourself in any way.
Progress comes from surpassing limits and learning they were never limits in the first place. It doesn’t come from pushing those limits. That implies you keep hitting up against them and never going beyond them.
