Progression speed is a bit of a topic of debate when applying the workouts in Convict Conditioning.  On one hand there’s the advice from Coach Wade who says to start on the first steps and progress slowly. On the other hand, there are those who are coming to progressive calisthenics from years of strength training and feel like the introductory steps are too easy to produce results.

In this video, I attempt to find the grey area between these perspectives so you’re not progressing too fast, but you’re also not holding yourself back.
