Sometimes, losing weight, and keeping it off, can seem like a fairy tale. There’s no shortage of hype and promises in the media, but just how often do you find someone who’s lost a good amount of weight and kept it off?
Thankfully, successful weight loss is not a fairy tale, and it does happen for some people. That’s why there’s an organization called the Weight Control Registry that collects real-world data from people who’s successfully lost weight and kept it off.
