The latest Kavadlo book, Next level Strength, is set to release in a couple of weeks and I had a privilege to sit and chat with Al Kavadlo about it!
It was very interesting to learn the origins of why he, and his bother Danny, wrote this book. You would think that with all of the books they are written about bodyweight training there wouldn’t be much left to write. But as it turns out they have just scratched the surface and are now tackling the world of ring and parallete training.
I’ve never been much of a rings or parallettes user but after checking out Next Level Strength, that very well may change. This book is masterfully produced and the images in it are excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to take their bodyweight training to the next level.
