Progression is the essence of success. It’s the very thing that causes your fitness to grow and mature. Without it you’re stuck.
It doesn’t matter how hard you work or what your program looks like. If you don’t have progression, you don’t have……well…..progress. You just end up working your tail off to stay where you are.
In this week’s podcast I dive into some of the finer points of what it takes to progress. Achieving progression goes far beyond more reps, weight or miles. Just adding that stuff is nothing more than just working harder which is always a dead end street.
