Minimalism is all the rage, especially in our modern fitness culture. When popular approaches to diet and exercise demand ever more time, money, and effort, it can be a relief to find that less can indeed be more.
I used to fancy myself quite the minimalist. I even used to claim that RDP was about “taking a minimalist approach to fitness” before I further refined my mission to a fundamental approach. However, I came to discover that the endless push to reduce can be just as harmful as getting caught on the treadmill of demanding more.
