When I first became a personal trainer I realised I could either give out advice that was sure to work, or I could give advice that was easy to follow.
I felt that no matter what I did I was doomed to failure. The costly and demanding programs stood the biggest chance of success for my clients…….if they could stick with them.
On the other hand the easy methods were a lot more likely to produce consistent habits…..but they stood little chance of producing big results.
This was how I came to the belief that you yourself are in the best position to make choices when it comes to diet and exercise. Only you know the easiest and most efficient ways to fulfill the root cause of your goals.
