
What makes a change to your diet or workout program effective?
Is it how many sets and reps you do?
Is it how many calories you eat, or if you eat less sugar?
The truth is, none of thes thigns inherantly create resutls in themselves. You can make a million changes and make very little progress. You can also make a few small changes and make faster progress than ever.
It all boils down to creating a produtive delta on the fundamental processes and I’ll explain more about how to do that in this week’s episode.
