We’re told there is no quick and easy fix in fitness. That the road is long and hard. That anywhere worth going is going to be one trial after another.
Building muscle, losing weight and any fitness related goal is going to have it’s trials for sure, but is the “no easy fix’ idea sending us the wrong message? Can some things in fitness be quick and easy and is there a weight loss or muscle building fix at all?
