There is a lot that goes into achieving a great set of abs that resemble a stack of bricks.
For example, a lot of abdominal theory is really focused on getting lean and there are all sorts of ideas like “abs are made in the kitchen.” Sure being lean is important, and diet is a big chunk of that, but it’s not everything. It’s certainly possible to be lean and not have a great set of abs.
