I haven’t been this excited about a new workout program since, well, since ever. Seriously, I’m in love with this new workout because it solves so many issues I’ve been struggling with over the years.
- I’ve don’t high volume training which was great at honing my calisthenics skills but it stunted my recovery and muscle growing potential.
- I’ve done low frequency routines which were great for recovery and building muscle but they left me feeling flat and my skills suffered.
- I’ve even done freestyle routines where I just trained however I felt like, but the lack of structure didn’t provide a consistent foundation to make progress.
This new routine seems to have it all. It’s all of the benefits and, so far, none of the drawbacks.
