Toxic fitness beliefs can make it almost impossible for you to build muscle and get lean. Whenever I come accross someone who’s “tried everything” and still struggle to make progress I know there’s a toxic belief at the heart of the problem.
Some of the most common toxic beliefs attack your very sense of self. The erode your confidence and make you feel like you don’t, or can’t, become a better version of yourself.
